Jake’s Blogamajig.

Hello all. My name is Jake Henceroth, I am student at the University of Akron who is intending on majoring in business management. I also have considered becoming some kind of comedy writer, possibly writing sitcoms or movies. But who knows if that will ever pan out.

I enjoy music, mostly any form of indie music, whether it be folk, punk, noise rock, early grunge, what have you. You will learn much more about my music tastes from reading this than you could possibly imagine.

Other interests of mine include politics, religion, social issues, television, and other things that generic white folks like myself like to occupy our time with. However, unlike most white people, I am not a fan of Tom Jones. Keep that in mind, there will be a test.

This is not a journal or an account of my daily life. That would bore anyone that doesn’t actually know me in person because my life, while great, is pretty normal. I’m focusing more on my opinions, thoughts, beliefs, and other forms of creative writing in an attempt to get my thoughts out and maybe even hone my writing skills. Some entries will be funny, others serious, some will even be completely incomprehensible because I’m sure a few may be written while drunk. Remember: I am a college student.
